Went to a memorial picnic for a a beloved friend that passed away in January. He stipulated in his will that we were all to have a big party; we did and the weather was perfect. On the way home I was going to get pizza with hubby since we were exhausted and had eaten so little at lunch. But when I looked at my macros, it was clear I didn’t need that many more carbs. So instead we raided the fridge at home, were nourished and I came in 200 under my max. Pretty proud of us #smallchoiceeveryday

Wow! Great job! Usually when I'm hungry & tired reason goes out the window! I have to try to keep food in the house & snacks with me that won't kill me. I have to, but I don't always & that's when I eat out. I'm going to remember your example in the future & try to do better! Sorry about your friend btw. 😔
