I went to my WW meeting yesterday. I only lost 1/2 pound. Grrr.......I'm a little frustrated. I guess I should be happy it didn't go up! Let's see what happens next week.

I am no expert but considering the weight you are loosing half a pound is doing well. I think that WW are happy with people loosing that amount - even when much much heavier people loose that amount. Stick to it.
