Have not been very careful lately with what I have been eating, but I am now hopefully back on track and hoping to lose at least a stone this summer. Any encouragement would be gratefully received.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entry for 18 June 2009:
1080 kcal Fat: 26.06g | Prot: 53.48g | Carb: 163.42g.   Breakfast: Milk (Other Than Whole, 1% or Skim), Tea (Brewed), fruit n fibre. Lunch: mixed lettuce leaves, light choices cheese triangle, bread, Flora extra light margerine, activia yogurts. Dinner: frozen peas & carrots, minced beef,  potatoe. Snacks/Other: banana, water, cup of tea. more...
