Mmmmm...those chicken livers were so good last night..I might have them again for lunch! I might have a little rice too..1/2 cup since its over 200 calories per cup =[
203.0 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
