I thought much of the weight was water weight but I guess not!!

On the way down again. At least I am under 210 again. Now shooting for under 205 by next Monday and under 200 again by the following one.

I calculated that on May 26, 2015, I will be at my revised goal weight of 165.

I will track food and exercise this week to get back in focus and have a great week to kick start everything.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's started okay, a little on the up side but I think that is par for the course. Just working on getting it back under control,
