WOW I tried a 0 carb candy bar today from the local health food store and I must admit is was pretty good (for dark chocolate). I prefer milk chocolate but, I am a woman lol and chocolate is chocolate!!!! It seems to taste that much better when you can't have it alot. I also bought some digestive enzymes and some Relacore. I hear that is supposed to suppress your appetite and carb intake besides get rid of belly fat. So, we'll jsut check that out. I feel really good today is my second day getting back on track with my diet. I felt so good I even took a walk. That is something I need to do alot of. I used to walk miles a day but since my 3 foot surgeries it's been hard for me to deal with the pain. Hopefully I can continue to walk on a daily basis or at least close to it. I really want to shed this weight I just find myself impatient. Imagine that!!!!!

Don't overdo the walking, try and build up slowly so you can do it more often. Dark chocolate is it for me, I love it. More cocoa I believe is better for you with all the antioxidants (or something like that anyway)...
