Fasting glucose continues steady decline! 144 Tuesday morning.


Food is so tasty... I don't feel like I am missing out at all when eating LCHF!

Tuesday: Taco Salad (for Taco Tuesday) and an Antipasto-Caprese Plate.

Wednesday: Omelet with cheddar, sauteed mushrooms & greens and avocado on the side... And for dinner Cobb Salad!

Seriously delicious and filling!
