Was depressed about not losing much weigh in the first week, so yesterday just ate my bran cereal, lots of fruit and drank water, when I weighed in this morning I was 3 & 1/2 lbs. lighter. I hope it's not temporary. The next new days will tell.
208.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your down almost 4 pounds in a few days, that's pretty amazing. You are right on track. You don't have a lot to lose, so that is a great start.
