Well 20 weeks have come and gone. I did find out some things about myself. First thing, at least for now, I have to weigh every day. It makes me more accountable knowing that I have to weigh in the very next morning.
I have been doing that since I started on Monday.. and much better control.
Also, although some people do well writing stuff down, for me the iphone with reminders works much better. I have tracked every day.
also, I have found classes give me a better work out but I don't want to do the exercise classes. I like spinning, I really enjoy it and I think I will adhere to the program better. So for now, 3 spinning classes per week, the other days, I will use the bike on fat burn (actually not a bad work out, it is pretty intense surprisingly) and on Sunday's go swimming for total body toning. Try to work up to 10 minutes of laps.

My personal challenge is to do this for 90 days. 86 days to go.
