I don't get it. This week I have not worked out except for what I do at work, and I've eaten more that I usually would and then I loose my weekend weight plus a lb!! I don't get it. I've been stuck at 215 for 2 weeks and stuck at 216 a week before that. I don't get it. I'm scared to start working out again because I don't want to throw off my weight loss again. I guess I'll stick with this until it doesn't seem to be working anymore - so confused!!
