Fasted 24 hours. Had a salami sandwich and some power grains and spinach that I made earlier today. It was good, but not good looking enough to bother photographing.

A friend is coming over to walk tomorrow, as it is one of the several gorgeous days we get each year. I made some salads and noshes for afterwards. The above mentioned power grains, hummus, falafel, Caesar salad, cucumber dill salad, tuna salad, fruit. Basically, I will eat it all week.
