An example of how weight gain isn't a bad thing unless you're not resistance training. You see it all the time, people who are frustrated when they begin to lift and the scale doesn't go down. This could mean lean mass is being gained as you lose fat if you are indeed in a deficit. The scale isn't everything. I'd take the way clothes fit and your image in photos or the mirror over the scale.

I feel myself getting older now. hitting 45 in a few months so I'm just going to live through your posts. heavy lifting has been causing me lots of pain. I like doms but the tendonitis and constant joint pain sucks. so maybe I can make 150 sexy. 😂😂
