DLAndrews's Journal, 10 June 2009

I've been busy the past few days. Boy, does it feel good to be getting back to my "normal" life. I forgot to record my food! OOOPS!
I'm doing speech therapy and physical therapy. For the physical therapy, I stretch for about 45 minutes and for 15 minutes she massages me. Can I count the stretches as my exercise? I go three times a week.
