My first day on this website, and I'm doing a different blog this time. My other blog is based on going back to school in my 50's to become a nutritionist. I'm very stressed now so I have to figure out what type of exercises I can do for my multiple chronic conditions. I want to be able to get benefits from this and I don't want to be rude to people who are giving me helpful suggestions because some of them who don't know me don't know what I can do. I'm not going to use the word "can't" in my journal because it means nothing to me.

Time to take my meds and cook a healthy meal but I will be cutting down my portion to a 3/4 serving for breakfast, it will be the same for the other two meals but I will have one snack today totaling 200 kal with half protein/half carbohydrate. I'm going to start today of this week with a 20-min walk and a 25-min Yoga (both intense and relaxing) then I'm going to finish off with a 10-min stretch. Happy Mother's Day!
