I'm the oldest of three, not married, no children. I'm close to niece/goddaughter, her husband, & her two "little people". A college student in my 2nd year towards a second career in becoming a nutritionist/dietitian. One of my siblings is living with me to help me around the house while I'm waiting to have thyroid surgery this month. I have a few chronic conditions which summers leave me very exhausted and in need of accountability to do exercises that will improve my rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes type 2, osteoporosis, hyperthyroid, neuropathy, and a little of heart palpitations. I live in extreme heat of Arizona. Sweating (panting & sighing)! Hahahaha! I was forced to retire young (mid-40s) but looking forward to start a second career. Since 2001 I have lost 123 lbs and struggling to lose 55 lbs more.
