700 cals per day!!! trying to control my sweet tooth, I've been crazy lately bingeing every day :((((((((((( by monday I want to be 135 again (139ish at the moment.) I need to be 125 pounds by June 11th or all my hard work will be worth absolutely nothing.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
