It's Monday. I'm going to eat what I normally eat for breakfast 6 out of the 7 days in the week. I'm having coffee made from beans I've freshly ground and carefully weighted. the water is filtered. I will next take a shower and get ready for work. I may have purple in my hair left over from the weekend. will have to explain that. If it's not too crazy today, not raining and I feel like it, i may walk at lunch.
