Forced myself to go to the gym after work yesterday, I was so tired driving. Was glad I did within 5 minutes into my workout, it felt so good. Cut it short, I really pushed myself on the chest press and shoulder press, 2 that are really hard for me. I doubled my reps on those both to 30. My arms were jelly after that, but I was thrilled.

Walked on my trampoline at home while waiting on food to cook and watching tv for a bit instead of sitting.

Since Christmas shopping is done, it's back to working on house organization this weekend. I need to finish putting together my new shelves. Also my garage is again full, now with the boxes of Christmas stuff, those not used and empty ones. The cold is returning Sunday so I need to get my car back in the garage, hauling boxes to the attic tat I dragged down last week.

I'm going to focus more on weighlifting--recently joining bodybuilding.com and there are tons of resources on there to help with motivation and workout routines, but I am still going to use FS for food intake since their food diary isn't that great. Good job motivating yourself to still go even when you didn't want to.

The thing with workouts is.. NO ONE ever said DAMN I REGRET that workout! you always feel great after...

Good on you exercising when tired. I dragged myself to yoga last night with that same hope. I'm not sure I ever felt the 'yay' but at least I wasn't berating myself at 9pm with negativity over skipping it, again.
