Forced myself to go to the gym after work yesterday, I was so tired driving. Was glad I did within 5 minutes into my workout, it felt so good. Cut it short, I really pushed myself on the chest press and shoulder press, 2 that are really hard for me. I doubled my reps on those both to 30. My arms were jelly after that, but I was thrilled.
Walked on my trampoline at home while waiting on food to cook and watching tv for a bit instead of sitting.
Since Christmas shopping is done, it's back to working on house organization this weekend. I need to finish putting together my new shelves. Also my garage is again full, now with the boxes of Christmas stuff, those not used and empty ones. The cold is returning Sunday so I need to get my car back in the garage, hauling boxes to the attic tat I dragged down last week.
