Greek for dinner tonight at a restaurant! I cook almost all of our meals, we probably eat out/order in once a month. Tonight, cooking at home just wasn’t in the cards so we treated ourselves to the taverna. I had gyro meat, some pita, fries, tzatziki sauce and loved that I wasnt having to weigh each item. We both had that comforting full feeling in our tummies. I didn’t go too over my daily limit so I’m not worried about that but oh gosh: the pain! Now my tummy hurts. From the sheer volume or the grease? I don’t know but I WILL remember this feeling the next time we head out. And I’ll ask to sub the fries for a veggie. Good night all.

Great idea… replace fries, rice etc with veggies. My stomach hurts real bad when I eat something greasy and high sodium since I quit eating out all the time that when I finally do, my body reacts negatively. Guess that helps keep me in check!
