I *almost* talked myself out of going to the gym last night. I hopped on the scale when I got home from work (even though I know I tend to weigh about 2 lbs more in the evening than I do the following morning). It encourages me to do as much as I can before my morning weigh in. Didn't lose anything, but didn't gain either... I'm pleased with that considering I am still down 2.6 lbs since Monday a.m.

Yeah same for me I lost 4 lbs this week but gained some back then lost some of it. So all and all it's about 2.5 from me too this week. We did good!
