It has begun (dun dun dun).

This is week 1 of half marathon training. I'll be running every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday for 3 months. The race is August 23rd. This week I have 3 mile runs on Tuesday and Thursday and a 4 mile run on Saturday.

And... I did a 1,000 rep workout this weekend. True story. It took me 35 minutes and I'm still sore. Last week I mentioned I was thinking of creating a "Hell Week" challenge. Well, I wanted to make sure the 1,000 rep workout was possible before I put it in the plan. Now I just need to figure out a few more days to finish it out. I want the challenge to be... challenging, but not entirely impossible.

Hey, I still have to kick mine into shape! lol Once I finally finish making the challenge you should sign up. Then you might hate me for a while for torturing you.

Lol. I tortured myself this weekend! I bet I took more than 1000 steps up and down those stairs.... I'm not scared of your challenge now. Haha.

I will join! I always try to do challenged on here, but then I forget. It's like I need someone to stand next to me and say "Don't eat that!" "Go to the gym NOW!" "work it harder!" "Keep going!" ... you know, like maybe a personal trainer! ha ha, if only I could afford that luxury. I am hoping to move into a new groovy nice 1 bedroom in August. I'll be lucky if I can afford ramen noodles. :)
