Such a beautiful day today! I wish I had saved my run for today and done it outside but Tuesdays are usually hit-or-miss gym-wise because I have a full day of class and work so I make sure to do more on Monday. Oh well, going to the gym soon.
Finals are coming up and I spent most of yesterday working on a paper. After a workout and dinner I still had a lot of nervous energy so I went for a nice long walk. I should do that more often. It was very calming. I listened to an audiobook and worked off some of my Easter dinner.
SO CLOSE to my goal weight but my stomach fat is still all there and is gross. Well not all there, a lot is gone. But it's definitely the last place I'm losing. Cutting back on carbs and sugar has helped a bit with that. I know my stomach will probably never be completely flat because of genetics but I do want it to shrink some more. I know I can't spot reduce fat but I really don't want to lose more than 4 more pounds. When I get below 115 my face starts to look too skinny and I look weird.
