I am so frustrated right now. I have hit one of those dreaded plateaus that we all can get stuck on from time to time. I can't cut out any more food bc if I do I'm going to be starving myself. I'm still getting on the treadmill and have increased my time some and I have been using one of the exercise balls to do a few things on. I also have used some weights to use for my arms, chest and back and I have tried a few a few pilates exercises. I don't know what else to do. I have got get something in gear because I am starting to lose my momentum. This is the time in my weight loss that I end up giving up. I don't want to do that this time because I have done better this time than I ever have but instad of getting easier things just seem to be getting harder. If anyone have any suggestions to help me get over this hump I am all ears.

The good news is that you KNOW it's a plateau that "people get stuck on from time to time." You realize it's temporary. That's gotta be some sort of encouragement. Remember that it'll pass. Keep working on your exercises but don't kill yourself just to see results. I'm sure you'll get out of your rut soon. I'll be here rooting ya on!

Try changing your workout completely. Stop doing the treadmill and try riding a bike, or start doing intervals. Also, perhaps try changing your diet. You could try cycling your calories up a bit and back down to where you are now over a 3 day period. Lifting some light weights might also help. Good luck!

Thanks Stolenbliss for the encouragement, some days are just harder than others. I have had a lot of chances at temptation this week so it's not been as easy. I think this little plateau has passed I'm just glad that I didn't give in. To Demodiva thanks for your advice I did go to a local gym and do some weight lifting. Right now the option for that is not to readily available because of time issues, but in a few months I will be purchasing my own home gym machine to help so I just need to do some stuff in the meantime. Thanks again to both of you.
