sooooo tired and ready to lay down, but before I do I wanted to record a journal entry.
So this is the first time since i started that I stayed true to my diet 100% throughout the entire weekend. That feels really good. Now as my new week begins I need to focus on the next part.
I need to get moving an up my activity. If I am losing this much already I can't imagine what I can do adding some more exercise into the mix.
