Spin today was rough! I feel like I'm going to fall over. I was still a little burned from yesterdays power yoga going into it. Once I got on the bike and started peddling my legs were like, "I dont think so," But I showed them! I found my stride about 10-15 mins in. I need to get one of those scales that shows body fat percentage, I think thats what I need to focus on rather than actual weight loss, I'm so doughy. All the other girls in the class were no smaller than I am, but so muscular. I wouldnt mind that at all.

Off topic, My dog just farted audibly and scared himself then ran over to me to protect him. HAHA! That just made my day

LOL. Fumm dog. Amanda, you did it, even though your legs were tired! How was the resistance. Was it set the same as last time? So e days are just like that. But you overcame it. You're a rocketed. I know it will show on the scales.

HAH, This dog is so big, dumb, and sweet. Omg, this class was sooooo different from last time. Apparently the last instructor was a sub for the regular one. He was a wimp compared to her. She was at 100% the whole time. We never went below 7 resistance and spent plenty of time at 10. And she was very fond of sprints. My cardio is terrible but if I take that class a few times I think I'll get on track. It was really hard, I'm not gonna lie. I think I may need to take tomorrow off, or maybe go in the afternoon instead of the morning. I'm not so much sore, I'm just exhausted, STILL!
