I spent the weekend up in the mountains with my husband and parents which was FUN but not exactly the best for my diet. Overall, did not make the best food choices (i.e. snacks, Mexican food, pizza, and had a few drinks). On the plus side, we went for a great hike yesterday. It was so nice to get a good workout outside of the gym for once. My husband and I have decided to do this more often!

I love hiking I am just one of those people that can't stand to go to the gym. Even though it wasn't exactly the best weekend for eating healthy at least you got in some excercise. Go Crownjewel.
