We went to family's for Easter and I did really quite well. I ate Friday and Saturday completely within my carb limit and today I only had about 5 carbs over. I wasn't stressed or feeling deprived with no dessert or scalloped potatoes. I did splurge on a glass of wine and a few extra veggies. Tomorrow will tell the whole story on my weight loss process.
