I have to get this together. Today begins a new approach to the whole process. 36 hour fast coming right up. It started last night at 8pm and will go until 8am tomorrow.

Beautiful day here. Sunny - blue sky - -19c which is -2f... maybe I'll get out today. Yeah. Just long enough to get more firewood in.

The weather sounds dreadful! It will be 82 here today. That's my kind of winter. I'm not sure I could fast for 36 hours. I might bite someones head off.

36 is easy. Longest I've ever done is 10 days. I wouldn't recommend that one.

Good luck on the fast.

A book I read (Keto Clarity) recommends a little Beef Bullion cube. Apparently the sodium in it helps with the electrolyte depletion and makes it easier to fast for longer. Otherwise, water goes right through you and you can still easily become dehydrated due to lack of salt intake. Have a cube or two. You'll feel better. :) Kisses to puppy.

IF is a good way to kick your metabolisim into a different gear. Once or twice a month, too often and you just waste muscle. When I went out to chop fire wood as a kid my dad would say I was the only one keeping warm :)
