I think my scale is stuck!!!lol! i tried to eat a bit more this week,thinking i might not have been eating enough, but that doesnt seem to have shifted them either! although i would have hated them to go the other way. if anyones got any ideas let me know! although when i honestly look back at my week,consumed a bit of alcohol at weekend, and food intake was not perfect, so maybe if id been 100% this week they may have moved. oh well another week starting....
171.1 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

There's a number of things you can do. Change up the foods you are eating. If you are eating a lot of processed type foods, try eating more natural (lots of fruits and veggies, lean protein and dairy). If you don't exercise, start. If you do exercise, change it up. You can do something different. You can up you duration or your intensity. You can try eating 5 or 6 smaller meals instead of 3 big ones (and try to get some protein at each meal). For example, fruit and yogurt, string cheese and fruit, hummus and pita or hummus and veggies, salad w/chicken, et. Make sure you are tracking your food accurately. We tend to underestimate our food by 30% sometimes. Good luck!

I'm in the same boat, Diane. I ate exactly to my points last week and didn't even touch my activity points and still nothing. The only thing I can think of is the two glasses of wine I had on Sunday. I'm not feeling "fat" but I want the scale to share my joy in my healthy, active lifestyle.
