Feeling strong and committed today! Had some really stressful news come my way and right when I was about to stuff my face, for the first time I identified it as emotional eating and easily put it down.


Going to a two-hour hooping boot camp tonight. Burn calories burn.

Good job on catching yourself. I've taken to journaling my emotional cravings. I'm starting to identify what makes me want to eat fattening foods and it's much easier to avoid a binge when you can recognize it coming on.
