So I got on that pesky scale yesterday... did the math and realised I gained 6 Kilo's in less than a year !!
SO I set myself a small goal for next week... and I WILL reach it!And then I will set another and another... This business of being closer to 70 than to 60 is no longer working for me!

I know the feeling - I started campus at 67 kg and 4 years later I was 77.5 kg and now look at me :D I am 65 kg! - you will succeed!!!
