Jsut made the most terrifying discovery....at 238.6lbs my total body fat percentage is 48.1& :O....omg......i'm so ashamed.......My Perosnal trainer saw that and he jokingly asked where's the weight on you? something i get everyday... i don't look 238.6 lbs, but feel ti when i do push ups...haha mor eliek struggle to DO push ups.....
