Starting over with my diet today. Cutting out snacks and doing smaller portions. Going to try and add some fitness 3x per week too... want to drop 5 or more lbs before my sister in laws shower on November 23.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
