LOL. Well, I set out to eat more calories and I definitely did. Or should I say drank more calories. I'm out of my "safe zone" by seven or so points, mostly because of the wine I had tonight at a gathering. Ah well, the buzz was worth it. I don't feel so bad because I did an TON of dancing today. I'm going to be extra good tomorrow ( no alcohol! ), and work out for my regular Sunday weigh in. I hope everyone else had a good day.

dayyum, I keep forgetting alcohol has so many calories. overall, not too bad, choco. :)

Hey.. Bacardi and diet cola.. have u seen the commercials? Low cal.. I used 2 always drink tht! Hopefully you get back on track.. HEY! atleast you danced! Alot! thats a plus!

lol i'm sitting here enjoying a nice glass of minute maid light(orange tangerine) and vodka! about 2.5 points for 2 shots and 2 cups of juice! not too shabby! think i'll save some points to do this more often! lol good job on shakin your groove thang, i know that sweats the lbs off!
