Today was one of those days that reminds me why I track my calories! I worked today, and then went out for dinner. We usually go out for dinner on Saturdays, but I didn't really consider the calories in the morning when I made my dinner decision and I'm now up around 2,700 calories for the day. The odd part is that I don't feel stuffed or that I ate too much. It really makes me wonder how many calories per day I was eating before I started watching my calories... it must have been insanely high!

Tomorrow's another day, and after today, I will make sure I check the calories before I eat something... because too many days like today, and I'm going to be back where I started in January! :)

Oh yeah! I know what you mean. No telling what kind of calories I consumed. I would usually skip breakfast, maybe eat some chips for lunch (too lazy to fix anything else), and then eat a LOT of supper, and then some. It amazes me all the time when I think about it. A typical supper could be a Whopper, large fries, large Coke (refilled once or twice before I left): 1,630 calories, not including refills. CRAZY!!!! Or my favorite, Zaxby's Wings and Things plate with Zax Sauce and Coke: 1,516 calories. Anyways. Today IS over. Tomorrow will be better!

I know what you mean we just went on vaction this weekend, I totally went off track. I didnt log it all until today, I cant believe how it all adds up and the years and years i would eat like that. Then to think i would drink so much soda on top of that to even add more calories.
