ok so I really need to quit getting on the scale. I weigh myself almost everyday ( I only record it on here once a week) I really don't get too down on myself if I gain a little. I know water weight fluctuates plus I am breastfeeding so if I weigh before I feed it is higher but iam so afraid that I will get excited about what the scale says and then when weigh in day comes I will be disappointed!!

is there anything you do to stop yourself-- I am thinking about having my hubby hide the scale until friday-weigh in day- so I won't use it
