Wnet to Culver's last night for dinner while shopping... boy was that a mistake! One meal there can equal your total calories for the day. I have a lot of yard work to get done this weekend, so there will be ample opportunity to work this off. We're rebuilding a planter at the house and replacing the brick with retainer wall concrete.
306.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
