So I did it. Got up and jogged/walked. Felt good but I'm really sore tonight. Anyway got to looking at what I did last year with the whole walking thing. The first stats is last year and the second is today:

Comparing my ave speed I am now .7 mph faster than last year. What a difference. Of course I weigh less now them I did back in July. What a great thing to see though.

Nice! I am still not up for running. I think I am just mentally not there yet. I keep wanting to try out the couch to 5k, but it feels weird to run for me. I just can't see myself doing it. Yet. :)

You definitely do not have to run or jog if it is not comfortable for you. My knees hurt a bit from the running/jogging but I had the urge to do it and they will get stronger and hurt less. So I think it is worth it for me.

That's Awesome DJ!! :D Woot! It took me awhile walking before the urge to jog started hitting me. Ease into jogging/running. Your body will tell you when it's ready to start. XD
