Day 18 of the bikini Body mommy 2.0 Challenge, however I skipped from day 14 to 17, I was sick for the last 4 days with a very bad cold that was affecting my breathing, I wanted to do something but it was difficult for me to breath through so I knew my body needed to rest, today I just finished this 20 minutes workout and I feel good that I did it. I know I'm starting to feel better.
