Someone was asking about motivation. Almost five years ago I was looking on the Internet for motivation. I found a webpage with tips to keep motivated. I never signed up with them, just looked at their tips. motivation123.com

While it's hard to measure on a scale.. I truly believe negativity weighs more than any fat.. it's great to get motivated and lighten up, isn't it.
