A chilly rainy October day. Walked before work, made my day better, the stresses of the day dissipated quickly and my frame of mind more relaxed. Went to the gym, shorter routine than usual, plan on Wednesday and will try to get further than today.
Things accomplished: a phone call I needed to make, a stop for a few groceries (left my list on my desk), 1/2 hour cleaning.
Besides not loving the weather it was in all a good day.
