Today had a new Zumba class....wow that instructor is a beast! Crazy never sweat so much in my life, never but it was fun my feet caused the most pain..don't know how I am going to work my way up to the Vibram fivefingers, because these sole-less shoes are a pain! Literally. I got a 7 class punch it was 25 but a gym membership would probably be less if it had a zumba class there is a gym right next to me going to check it out, because if it has classes everyday I can do that work out two hours a day and learn how to weight lift...I love workout classes and if I could do it 2 hours a day it would cancel out my 1200 cals a day I eat...then weightlift 3 days a week and you will lose 3-5 pounds a week the guy from biggest loser said...that is amazing, I know me I go hard or go home...so hopefully tomorrow I show my beast mode!

Now you've made me feel bad, as I'm battling to exercise four times a week...just be careful you don't overdo the reduction of your calories as your body will go into survival mode and you may not lose any weight.

Experience talking- Please be careful with your feet. About 8yrs ago I had bought a new treadmill and wonderful new "fitted" exercise/tennis shoes. The combination of the two when I used that wonderful treadmill left me with feet that felt as if I was walking on broken eggshells. It was horrible. I was sure I had in some way damaged my feet forever. A trip to a Dr. (Plantar Fasciitis) and then to a different shop to be "correctly" fitted with a different pair of shoes made all the difference. I had never had any issues with my feet before but still have to watch what shoes I wear now. Good luck with your classes but please take care.....

Thanks Kstride that is exactly why I want the Vibram five fingers they make your feet strong, basically I will be walking barefoot everywhere!!!@triaby I am not working right now so I have time, and I have no children...a lot of people on here are in a relationship, and writing a book, and going to work, ... so that is why I am able to dedicate the time I made sure that all I had was working out...but I only have 3-4 more months like this so I definitely want to lose as much as possible
