I'm having a hard time scheduling time for the gym. I get home from work at around 6:00PM and by the time I eat dinner, it's around 7:30 and I am absolutely exhausted from my day. I know... excuses, EXCUSES! :)

I think I need to go to the gym first, before dinner, even though the gym is horribly busy at that time. Something has got to change. Several years ago (when I was single) I went to the gym regularly without any problems. Why is it such a struggle now? I know that if I JUST DO IT, it will get easier and easier.

You're right. Just do it, then you can decide which works best. It definitely gets easier when your made the decision ahead of time and it doesn't need to be re-made daily. (For my two cents worth: If you want to have it be WAY less crowded, go first thing in the morning when they open! It saves you lots of time, not so many bodies everywhere you turn, and it's a more enjoyable experience all the way around! Good Luck - you sound very ready to do it!)

Thanks for the encouragement! I decided to go tonight and deal with the crowds (no more excuses)... much to my surprise it wasn't nearly as busy as I remember it being around that time. There were quite a few people, but I didn't have to wait for any machines. It was great.
