Finally!!! I am in the 160's!! I am so happy. I have not seen that number in over 8 years! It is making me want to try harder to make sure I don't go back up to the 170's. This has been a long time coming and I am feeling pretty good!

169.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb. Still to go: 9.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 2.3 lb a week
