first day of my diet plan of 1800 calories during my work week.
breakfast 284 calories (start first day of work).
1/2 grapefruit 40cal, 1/2 carrot 17cal, small bowl of cookie crisp cereal with lowfat milk 140cal, 6 almonds 42cal,2 cashews 40 cal, 1 pinenut 1cal, 1 pistachio 4 cal total 284 calories for breakfast
lunch 913 calories
1 banana 172cal, 1/2stalk celery 3cal, 1/2 fuyu 60cal, 1/2 pomegranate 63cal, 1 turkey sandwich with 1 slice of bread, 1/4 lb turkey breast no mayo 140cal bread 120 cal turkey, 1 small avocado 250cal, dried squid 100cal, seaweed 5 calories.
dinner 620 calories
chicken soup with carrots, celery, parsnips, 100 grams of chicken breast 100 calories (68 calories in white meat, 200 calories in dark meat0 1 cup of fried rice w/egg veggies/ tofu 400 calories. 1 fuyu 120 calories
calories burned 3120 calories consumed 1817 net deficit 1300 calories
calorie total today 1817 good start.
calculation of 1200 calories when not working would equal 1.6lb weight loss per week
calculation of 1800 calories when working would equal 2.6 lb weight loss per week.
