WAH. Today will be a good day, regardless.
156.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1640 kcal Fat: 76.03g | Prot: 47.22g | Carb: 204.96g.   Breakfast: Maple & Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal. Lunch: cookie, Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh), Creamed Macaroni with Cheese. Dinner: Yellow Sweet Corn, Poppyseed Dressing, Kidney Bean Salad, Cooked Green String Beans with Almonds (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Lettuce. Snacks/Other: Chewy Trail Mix Bars, red velvet cake. more...
