In the past several years I've gained twenty pounds, but I have at least learned that the only way I lose weight is intermittent fasting (usually 5:2 or 5:3 method with a Very Low Calorie diet a few days a week, plus 1200ish calories the rest of the days except for special occasions). Every time I've hired a health coach or a therapist, I've gained TONS of weight because they recommend I eat way over my BMR with only moderate exercise.

I know I'm going to make it now without reverting to an eating disorder. I am finally confident enough to make it to a healthy way to live FOR ME.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
