No movement on scale(I feel like "Groundhog Day" 😁) I am posting a pic of breakfast...please note my lunch is in there as well. I messed up last night...pizza...and let me tell you, my ass is dragging today😱😱😱 So for the next few days.. no bread(keto or otherwise) & tonight I am doing a full flush of my system. Tomorrow liquids only.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
