Ok, today, I ate a full-blown Mexican dinner. Way over kcal allowance and tomorrow (Monday) is weigh day. Maybe walking 5.5 miles today will help offset. One of the few times I've (indulged) Feel badly though.

Don't feel badly, you have to give yourself permission to indulge once in awhile without guilt associated with it. The world throws enough guilt at us everyday that we don't need to heap anymore on the pile. As long as you continue to make healthy choices than enjoying a nice big mexican dinner once in a while is fine!!! Especially if you are walking 5.5 miles.
