Wow. I lost another 700 grams since yesterday. This is kinda wild! I was rehearsing with the band last night, and drank tons of coffee. Maybe that is why. Maybe I am low on water? Of course, I have replenished plentifully this morning after weigh-in, but it just seems so crazy when I get into these several-days-after-each-other-periods where I lose a lot each day.
Of course, one is not gonna complain about weight loss. I sometimes feel that I complain plenty when I gain! :)
Today I woke up late. I just had my breakfast - two eggs, nothing else - and it's 11 AM. Lunch is around the corner - hence the light breakfast.
Tonight will be in the company of good friends and well made Vietnamese (and healthy!) food. I am mentally prepared to NOT have any alcohol, but will instead dig into a well served Coke Zero. :)
Life is good.
250.2 lb Lost so far: 91.5 lb.    Still to go: 62.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
